Return & Exchange Policy

The Fly Boss is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sales@theflyboss.com. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. We do not offer return/exchanges.  We cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.  If your order needs to be returned for the reasons listed below, please contact us first at sales@theflyboss.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds

In the event a refund is granted it will be minus the shipping costs.

 

Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First, check your shipping confirmation and ensure that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address; however, it will have to be at your own cost.

If the shipping address was correct, please email us at sales@theflyboss.com with your order and tracking number we will determine a solution.

 

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged/defective item. If an order arrives damaged or defective, then please get in touch with a photo of your order and the packing slip information within 7 days via email at sales@theflyboss.com.

 

Wrong size:

If you believe you received the wrong size apparel, please follow these steps:

  • Refer to the sizing chart on the product’s page
  • Measure the shirt you received
  • Compare with the size you ordered on the sizing chart

Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. If it is incorrect, please contact us at sales@theflyboss.com. If it is correct and you would like a new size, a new order must be placed at your expense.

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We will not be responsible for orders lost or stolen items. We will do our best to assist and locate packages but once an item has been shipped and we verify we shipped it to the address provided we cannot be held liable. Please contact the postal carrier and refer to the tracking number received. Any order that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address on your part or failure to claim will result in the recharging of the shipping costs to get the package back to you. Refunds will not be issued due to shipments being returned due to address errors.
